What Makes United States Golf Schools the Best Golf School Choice?

The United States Golf Schools is proud to have one of the most respected reputations in the golf school industry. Our variety of award winning packages along with flexible programs, make it the popular choice for players of all abilities. Whether you’re an absolute beginner, a casual weekend player or an aspiring scratch golfer, there’s a program for you at United States Golf Schools. You’ll learn every facet of the game including putting, chipping, pitching, bunker techniques, specialty shots and the full swing. Course management and mental aspects of the game are also covered. Along with being an Official V1 Golf Academy, all students get 3, 6 or 12 months of ongoing video analysis following completion of their school.

Our schools are tailored to the individual. You’ll be grouped according to your ability for a more effective learning environment. You will never be placed in classes with an overwhelming number of students. You’ll be taught in groups of 1:1 through 4:1, depending on your selected package.

United States Golf Schools Teaching Philosophy

We teach people, not systems. There are no two golfers alike, nor is one method of instruction equally effective for all types of players.

That’s why at United States Golf Schools you are taught according to your unique physical ability. You will learn to complement your strengths, to concentrate on those aspects of your game that require the most obvious improvements. We will help you understand the fundamentals of the golf swing relevant to your body type.

With the use of high-speed video equipment we will help you develop a more consistent golf swing, one that works with every club in your bag. You’ll learn self-analysis in concert with appropriate practice techniques. We will help you understand the process of learning, the process of applying simple, repeatable motor skills. You will achieve an understanding of the correct fundamentals, and ultimately maintain these fundamentals for your golfing life.

On-Course Golf Instruction

United States Golf Schools believes it vital to spend time learning the game where it is played, on the golf course. We teach the entire game not just the golf swing. Our instructors are past or present tour players who fully understand the fundamentals and management skills required to play a better game that results in lower scores.

Each afternoon involves on-course instruction working on sound fundamentals.

You’ll learn from situations that can’t be taught on the range or in a classroom. Because over 50% of this game is played inside of 100 yards we devote half of the on-course time to improving your short game skills; putting, chipping, pitching and bunker techniques, along with our award winning “Scoring Zone” program.

You will also learn the basics of course management. Let’s face it, not even the best players in the game repeatedly hit the ball well. Course management skills together with a solid short game will enable you to score better even though your game may not be at its best.
